Insurance Coverage for 2005

Subject: Insurance Coverage for 2004/05

The insurance for the Norfolks was renewed this year through the National Rifleman's Association.

The insurance company is AVIVA Insurance Company of Canada, Policy Number:AS1289.

Coverage is valid for Norfolk Members participating in legal re-enactment activities.

Participation in the event/activity must be authorized by the group (executive) and you must register as a Norfolk

The policy renews in July. However, at any time, it covers only Norfolk members.

Your coverage will lapse if your annual membership fees have not been paid as required.

I must notify and pay the company, monthly, for new members to the group. Therefore, we will have to charge the $10.00 per person fee to new members immediately.
